1Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and take part in any game or betting activity on f333, a member must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Age will be verified based on the information provided at registration. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 to open an account.

1.2 One Member, One Account

Each member may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, device, IP address or payment method is prohibited. If this rule is breached, f333 reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts and forfeit any remaining balance.

1.3 Providing Accurate Information

At registration, the member must provide accurate details including full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information may result in permanent account closure. If any account details need to be changed, the member must contact the support team via live chat or email.

1.4 Account Security

Keeping the password completely confidential is the member's own responsibility. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately. Managing or transferring the account through a third party is strictly prohibited.

2Account Verification

2.1 KYC Process

f333 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to confirm the identity and age of members. Verification may require clear images of a National ID (NID), passport or driving licence, along with proof of ownership of the payment method.

2.2 Verification Timeline

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until account verification is complete. f333 may request additional documents for verification at any time. If the member does not provide the required information promptly, the account will remain temporarily restricted.

2.3 Authenticity of Documents

All submitted documents must be genuine and valid. Submitting forged documents or concealing information will be treated as a serious breach of the Terms, and such accounts will be closed immediately.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

f333 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can also be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount for each method is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

3.3 Payment Verification

The payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must match the name on the account. Deposits or withdrawals using a third party's account are not permitted. If this rule is breached, f333 reserves the right to cancel the transaction and conduct an investigation.

3.4 Fulfilling Bonus Wagering Requirements

To withdraw funds related to a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met. For example: with a 100% welcome bonus, a ৳1,000 deposit gives ৳1,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; before withdrawing this bonus, a wager of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be completed.

4Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳10,200 deposit will add ৳5,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳15,200; the wagering requirement will be ৳5,000 × 25 = ৳1,25,000.

4.2 Ongoing Promotional Offers

f333 runs the following regular promotions:

Weekly f333 Deposit Reward: 50% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 20x; minimum deposit ৳500.
f333 Slot Festival Bonus: 30% of deposit, up to ৳3,000; wagering 25x; minimum deposit ৳500.
Cricket Season Special Offer: 40% of deposit, up to ৳4,000; wagering 18x; minimum deposit ৳500.
f333 Birthday Gift: up to ৳1,000; wagering 10x; available to verified members in the month of their registered birthday.
Refer a Friend to f333: up to ৳500 per referral; wagering 12x; applicable after the new member makes their first deposit.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active. f333 reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotional offer without prior notice. Bonus funds are never given as cash and cannot be withdrawn directly.

5Betting and Game Rules

5.1 Responsibility for Betting Decisions

Members make their own decisions on bets and games. f333 bears no responsibility for losses. Members must be aware that participating in betting and casino games carries a risk of financial loss.

5.2 Technical Errors

If any bet or game session is affected by a technical error or system disruption, f333 will review the situation and take the necessary corrective action. In such cases, f333's decision will be considered final.

5.3 Game Provider Rules

The f333 platform features content from various game studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and Spribe. Each game may have its own rules, which can be found within that game. Where a conflict arises between a game provider's rules and f333's rules, f333's rules will apply.

5.4 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football and other sports. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bet settlement will follow f333's applicable rules. f333 is not responsible for any interruption or disconnection during a live betting session.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on f333:

Obtaining bonuses or promotional benefits by fraudulent means, such as creating multiple accounts.
Using software bots, automated betting scripts or any other automation tools.
Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or hacking.
Using the site for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
Playing on behalf of or with the funds of a third party.
Knowingly exploiting a system error without reporting it.
Harassing or engaging in offensive behaviour towards other members.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in account closure and forfeiture of balance. Relevant authorities may also be informed if necessary.

7Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by f333

If there is sufficient reason to believe the Terms have been breached, f333 may immediately suspend or permanently close any account. Decisions regarding any active bets or game sessions on a suspended account will be made at f333's discretion.

7.2 Closure by the Member

A member who wishes to close their own account may contact the support team. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed, but only after wagering requirements have been met.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months may be marked as inactive. The member will be notified in advance by email regarding an inactive account.

8Responsible Gaming

8.1 Protection Tools
